Wood cooker with built-in or free-standing installation, cast-iron enamelled oven, panoramic and ergonomic because located above the combustion chamber. This ensures easy access, high temperatures, easy cleaning and maintenance. Polished cast iron cooktop with differentiated temperature. Incredibly versatile, thanks to 4 different cooking zones: 1- Rear satin-finished cast-iron hob complete with discs (200-280°C), 2- Front satin-finished cast-iron hob (180-230°C), 3- Enamelled cast-iron built-in hob complete with rings, very high temperature (300-460°C). 4- Enamelled oven with front door, equipped with a control to regulate the temperature and the natural ventilation. Scrigno® Thermorossi patent: a simple gesture is all it takes to discover a high-temperature hob, to grill, roast or simply cook faster (booster function), and an oven with front access door, thermometer, and control for natural ventilation.
